I'm not the biggest fan of the 4-2-3-1 tbh, it gives us good movement on the wings but we don't seem to involve the striker at times. Amauri did not have anyone close to him at many times and we seemed to be short of people in the box because there weren't any players actually cutting inside towards the goal.

Defensively its the best we can play with, so I will go with it until we could get both melo and sissoko in the 4-3-1-2
