Well, I don't know if he really deserves a chance. Maybe against Cesena. But not a single game was easy-peasy this season so I would choose my players wisely.
Yeah fuck messi, but he has proven a lot and my comparison was all hypothetical. I could have thrown any other good player in there.
I can not explain why Conte used Borriello or Padoin. With Caceres it's another story - I would have used him aswell. But maybe he was taking a risk there aswell in the Coppa. Oh and since I mentioned Coppa, Elia sucked big balls in his 2 Coppa appearances.
In the end I'm not Conte and if we win our games without Elia, I'm all good.
