Should have put that game to bed in the first 25 mins. You miss easy chances and it all comes back to bite you. Can't afford to draw games like these...it will be a very tough and long season.

Let this game be yet another lesson to the squad that you can never trust a 1-0 lead in Italy. If we had got a second goal the game would have been over. At 1-0, you can always count on some referee shenanigans to make things interesting, even against the scrub teams. Cagliari generated nothing all game until Cambiaso's suspicious yellow

thanks luiz and marinelli. vlahovic's missed sitter was bad too but without the stupid penalty and the ref calling all subjective calls against us, it was too much

i don't blame conceição at all for the red. he was being kicked all over the pitch during the whole game, zero yellows against him. he literally made two fouls, two yellows. fuck marinelli, inept piece of shit

The lunchtime game is great when you win.. Fuck them, for ruining my good mood...
We lost 2 points single handedly..
The game was totally under control..

If I hate a player for one reason, its those casual footballer, more of fashion model than a footballer.
Luiz shall not see the pitch again until he starts to give 2 shits, and frankly, I can't see a 26 year old football changing his attitude...
Unfortunately, 50 million down the drain..

How was this peak Allegri game? When did we keep posession over 70% with Allegri and kept attacking even after being leading? With Allegri we would be defending after 60th minute.
Peak allegri in terms of having no idea how to close the game and having a brainfart ending of a game with a penalty and red card. Possesion obviously means shit if you draw 1-1 with cagliari at home.

Unbelievable how we’ve dropped points here today, we really have only ourselves to blame for all the wasted chances and relaxed attitude while being only 1:0 up, Cagliari were putting pressure and sending in crosses far too often… the ref was a piece of shit too but that we are already used too, all in all could have easily closed the game out earlier but didn’t.

Quite shocking that our only goal today came from a PK when you consider all the space and control we’ve had, we created so many clear chances but wasted the last pass or ended it by poor finishing, Cagliari’s multiple blatant errors in trying to play from the back just went unpunished throughout the game.

Speaking of koop...he was a little selfish in that opening 20 mins..had the chance to give it off to bangers or vlahovic just after we scored the penalty but didnt and blazed it over.

The speed at which these refs yellow card our players after their first foul is insane. Conditions our team for the whole Match .
The commentator on bein sports stating he had a good game and was correct on everything...conceicao barely touched the ground and the ref had the red card in his hand.

We'll be missing both Nico and Conceicao against Lazio, and, depending how serious that injury was, we could be missing Koop too.
Disaster written all over it.

A win was absolutely crucial for us today imo. Now we go into the break with a very negative mood (Bremer gone, shitty draw, poor performance, Chico sent off). Who knows how many more of our players will get unnecessarily injured in these useless international games too.

and obviously no bremer either

those are some of our best players. system over individuals (like any conte team) are our best chance

Nothing seemed to go our way in that second half, with the refereeing definitely playing it’s part in making it even more of an uphill battle for us, but overall we’ve just been way too wasteful and should have closed the game out earlier.
