No because such a time never existed. It was never about Bentancurs talent, which is nothing above decent level, while Kean is showing he is an explosive top talent type of kid. Bentancur case was improvement by subtraction, meaning aslong as Khedira didnt play we saw it as improvement.

I'm not throwing a shade on Kean, but Bentancur being only decent is known only after he played so many games. He was praised much more than he should've been just because everybody hated Khedira.
