Complete opposite of an Allegri match, overall I actually hated it as much as it was amateurish, but the comeback was amazing so it's left a good feeling. Amongst the mediocrity you can always tell something about a team in difficult moments.
I feel like Motta is trying too many things at once, being stubborn and a bit of a hipster in his selections, so I'd be amazed if we were consistent enough to genuinely challenge for the scudetto this season. By the time we settle for something resembling a coherent squad we'll probably have too much ground to make up, but the team needs to look like it is a scudetto team at least in the last 3-4 months of the season to give us genuine optimism over the coming seasons.
