Sometimes I just wonder, Andy, if you're definition of what's "Best for the team", is just getting rid of anyone who doesn't seem to live up to your standards for that particular period of time, that's all.
Not calling you a hypocrite.
I'm not calling for the head of Zlatan or asking him to be sold like other people around here...but what I am asking for is the fair treatment of our players and that means playing who is on form. It's not like I want Del Piero to play each and every match, however starting Zlatan each and every match is wrong when he is not on form and when other players are better suited for the match at hand.
So I'm sorry, however, you do not have the right definition of what's best for my team. It's not about casting somebody off the ship if they are playing poorly...rather, it's about playing who is on form in the more important matches. Why should it be any other way really? It sounds like you're cherishing one player over the others no matter what, and that is not right IMO.
