I am 100% that we will concede at least one goal,
so we have to score more times if we want to win this one!

Genoa proved last year that they can beat us if they really try.
Thankfully their priorities have changed for this year.
Beating us now, its number one priority for them, as it was last year.
Considering that our position in CL qualifiers and the position of our coach are threatened, leave no options for us.
I think we will be more determined to win this one,
we are going to drop more points next week,we will be desperate to make a win here!
As a team we cant do that, our only hope is that we will be lucky enough, determined enough, the refs will allows to win, Genoa forwards will not have one of their best days and some moments of individual brilliance in set pieces might helps us grab all 3 points!!

and boriello is also another one our D needs to mark
He's the great danger. Not only due to his form wich is impresionant but also for the fact that our defffenders are doing very bad things when it's aquestion of taking one man out of the game. However the comebak of Chiellini must help us.

Shit........ Its just hard feeling optimistic these days. Whats really paining me to be honest, is the long term picture. Even if we find the coach unsattisfactory, losing a coach is easy but losing an entire shitty board seems harder. We can only bank on them to resign. We need a new management completly..... Zoff, Sacchi, even Ciro Ferrara seem like decent alternatives to this circus

I only hope that Raineri learned something from his mistakes. If he managed to see his errors in the previous games and tries to correct that in this match and wisely use the squad he has on disposal, we'll do fine in this game.

If not , we are in trouble.

Genoa will be without there first goalkeeper.

Genoa have no such luck, as their goalkeeper Rubinho sprained his knee during the 2-1 defeat at Cagliari and will be sidelined for three weeks.

The replacement is 34 year old back-up Alessio Scarpi.

The good news tho is that Milan got knocked out of CL so we don't have to worry about them winning and us finishing 4th and not getting in the CL.

True, but if we lose against Genoa i can very much see Milan and us fighting it out for fourth and once Milan snap into shape they will be hard to stop so them getting knocked out of the Champions League this early done us no favours whatsoever.

I dont feel the same slightly. We need them to have gone further coz now they can concentrate their focus on Serie A. I'm sure they were'nt going to retain the CL but a little further down for them would have been good. Fiorentina already has a better head to head over us so it could be a killer tension grossing last 12 games
