Poulsen's ability to pass against the direction of play is one of world's best :disagree:

This player is not juve material. He is very average and untalented, not to say incompetent.
Untill the day we kick out all the average players from the field (at least we started with Molinaro), I cannot say we are aiming for the top. It's like we'r accepting mediocrity.

Anyway it was a good game from Juventus, not splendid but a satisfactory performance against a good side away form home. With a bit more luck and concentration we could have won.

I hope we are not going to witness another 06-07, 07-08 Inter season where refs turning into 12th and 13th player.

Like Alen said I think? Mourinho playing it pretty smart, putting pressure on the refs when he knows that they'll fall under this pressure and his team is the one receiving help from 2years + now. He's doing it good, I admit.

    Jack, that's what I call an avatar:star:

It's too early to get overly concerned about referees, as not enough has happened yet.

Juve are all square right now; one favourable call (Lazio's goal disallowed) and one bad call (Iaquinta's goal last night).

Let me first say that Genoa are a pretty damn good team....they will be fighting for 4th place this season, and are stronger than the likes of Napoli, Palermo, and even Fiorentina.

Last nights game must have been enjoyed by the neutral observer, with so much speed and intensity, a game like this shows the world that Serie A is just as good as the Premiership and La Liga.

I agree with many opinions here about the way we played, it just seems to me that we are already dependent on Diego, and Camo nor Giovinco can fill those shoes at that position. Without Diego, it seems like our offense stalls once we get near the opposition's box.

Once we had the lead yesterday, albeit it from a very early goal, I just thought we didnt do enough to push for a second....not sure if we were just trying to pace ourselves in such a high-tempo game.

I thought Marchisio played a very good game, but then I think of the hospital ball taht he gave to Amauri, which almost got Amauri injured.

This team still needs some work, and hopefully we will be ready for Bayern next week, because if we lose that game, we could be in trouble in the CL

Some members here believe its childish to term "not Juventus material" a player that is not good enough for Juventus. I think it was overused by some ridiculous posters who didn't present any other argument about a possible signing they didn't like than this term.

What was so bad about the post?...
The material thing is a common metaphor... or maybe I am terribly wrong here (at least I think you know what I was trying to say)

    sorry for the inconvenience! :sergio:
If you would provide a proper definition of 'Juventus material', there would be no problem with you using said term.

Only players that are above average, and that actually can do something good with the ball should be included in this deifnition (which is purly a metaphor)...

Poulsen obviously doesn't fit...and he doesn't even tackle very well. i don't like him escorting players that left him behind (like in the first goal we conceded)
