Versatile too :agree: He's got to be versatile and cost just enough to fuck up the transfer budget.
Versatility. :touched:

Padoin
Peluso
Romulo
Pereyra
Morata
Coman
Asamoah

Yet we used to keep playing the same players over and over again and claim we have no depth. Now we just replaced our bench players. Next season we'll have to do it all again. :touched:

Yeah, because Morata, Pereyra, Coman and Romulo are at the same level of Padoin and Peluso, and have no potential. Hypocrisy at his best.

Let's face it though. Padoin, Peluso, Romulo and Pereyra (Who's being loaned in is he not?) were never blocking some supposed deal for a Sanchez or a Di Maria

Hell, collectively these shitty bench players we've been signing in previous years don't even make up half of Di Marias price. The way people are reacting it's as if we missed out on a world class talent because we were 5 mill short and used it on Padoin instead.

I don't like some of our signings, especially our annual raids on fucking Atalanta, however they're stupid signings at worst. Not damaging ones.

How much better are they?
For what we've seen until now, we already know they're better than them, each of them in different measure. Padoins and Pelusos are something else. And talking about the potential, I don't think I say something out of this world if I say that Morata and Coman are potential future stars for what they've shown... For Morata there's the buy-back clause, but they'll unlikely activate it. If last year doing a turnover was an enormous effort with those players in some roles, I don't think we'll have any of these problems this year, we won't lose that much in quality.

So why is everybody in panic mode because we signed some bench players? What's the point in constant forum wide meltdowns because we splash a couple million euros on some mediocre Italian?

I am not happy with the Padoins of the World . But it makes no difference in the long run and I could give two shits if Juve spend a fraction of their annual budget on somebody we'll use in cup games.

Yeah... we all do. But if we spend a couple million euros on a bench player, and we can't afford to drop 30-40M on a first team player then what difference does it make?

How are these dirt cheap players getting in the way of us 'improving our team' ?

But people are going off on one about Peluso and Padoin

Now we have Pereyra (Spent like 1.5M on him for a freaking loan deal) and Romulo

So we're spending a few million here and there, and somehow that pitty change is stopping us improving our team?

Who else are we supposed to buy instead of 3 3-5M players?

Maybe if we added up all the bench players we've purchased since 2011 we'd be able to buy a top player and give him decent wages. We'd also have absolutely no depth and we'd be on Fiorentinas level with a bench so shit it can't be trusted to grind out a result at home to some pathetic pub team in the Europe league.

I want somebody to explain to me in detail how the fees for a couple of loan deals + a couple of Atalanta players is holding us back from 'improving the team/starting XI'

Not even arguing at this point, i'd genuinely like to see a good answer.

After 30 seconds of google I can confirm we've spent 2.5M euros on Romulo + Pereyra loan deals.

So yeah, these depth signings are crushing us financially, otherwise we'd have enough money to get Falcao... to wear a Juve top and take photos with fans for an hour.

Now that random Sturaro guy we signed for a lump of cash, THAT'S something we can look at and think 'wtf?'

why? i am only presenting logical argument. people love to complain every second about how shitty serie a is, lieke they expct the clubs to magically fix everything the next day. Then they complain that the club has no ambitions because they don't sign a player that costs more than 20 million.

i presented a logical solution.

Didn't we break even on Peluso after selling him?

What is the problem with Peluso? Did his job for a year then fucked off.
