I Like Capello as a coach (I realize I'm one of the few supporters of him left), but I HATE him as a talent evaluator. Sometimes, coaches in football get too much power, and it might be time to pull a little of that power back from him as far as deciding exactly what types of players are needed.
Granted, I love the fact that Marchionni is coming in the summer. HE's young, and in my mind, he's a really good player. Juve could use another player like that in central midfield, and say goodbye to either Vieira, Emerson, or hopefully both.
Just look at the rosters of the remaining CL teams, and you'll see one thing in common. They each have at least one midfielder who can strike fear into the hearts of their opponents.
And quite honestly, Juve's forwards are all more talented on paper than any of the four remaining squads that are left. That is not where the game is won in CL these days. Its in the midfield
