Nothing beats Capello's ego to accept new ideas :disagree:

I Like Capello as a coach (I realize I'm one of the few supporters of him left), but I HATE him as a talent evaluator. Sometimes, coaches in football get too much power, and it might be time to pull a little of that power back from him as far as deciding exactly what types of players are needed.

Granted, I love the fact that Marchionni is coming in the summer. HE's young, and in my mind, he's a really good player. Juve could use another player like that in central midfield, and say goodbye to either Vieira, Emerson, or hopefully both.

Just look at the rosters of the remaining CL teams, and you'll see one thing in common. They each have at least one midfielder who can strike fear into the hearts of their opponents.

And quite honestly, Juve's forwards are all more talented on paper than any of the four remaining squads that are left. That is not where the game is won in CL these days. Its in the midfield

Zlatan played pretty good compared to his last perfomances, and Kovac suprised me in positive way.

But I still think taht we need to be a little bit more offensive, and try to get advantige of Cagliari clumsy defence.

Indeed, all 4 teams have so many of those playmakers or 2 way midfielders that Juventus seriously lack when things go out of hand

We are completely falling apart, do we even deserve to regain the title this way. Man, how Milan missed their chance this year, by losing a lot of points unneassarily against the smaller sides.
We don't deserve the Scudetto anyway.

getting emerson was a good move. if it wasnt for him milan wouldve won the scudetto last year.
Well, that's where we agree to disagree. Although its not my money, I would rather see it spent on a young player to groom as a future superstar, than one who has already peaked, and has started to decline, even if its for the sake of a scudetto.

I'm sure Wenger is laughing all the way to the bank with the money that he pilfered for Vieira. "Oh you mean that Cesc Fabregas has to play every match now?? Oh, what a shame."

Let's just hope Juve increases the tempo in the second half, we had them on their knees when we did this in the first half.

I don't think Wenger is laughing, he looks totally frustrated and is still hoping for the 4th spot

At the moment and our current form,we don't deserve even the 3rd place...but looking at the whole season we deserve it because we are the side which leads the championship from the very start.

When they increased the tempo, they became more and more reckless and conceded a goal. There is absolutely no balance in the team.

But it seems that's the only way we can get some decent chances.
