What's the record for most amount of draws in a season?
Mantova in 1966/67 hold the absolute record in serie A, both in number of draws (22) and in percentage of drawn matches (64% - 22/34).

Motta can beat the 22 draws, but he has to start drawing more in order to beat the 64% (he's at 63% right now).

P.S: Mantova in 66/67 had a record of 6 wins-22 draws-6 defeats, and goal difference 22:23. I'll try to remember this whenever I complain about boring Juve :D

Worth noting that draws were much more common back then because prior to the 94/95 season, a win was worth 2 points instead of the 3 you get nowadays. So teams were much less incentivized to push for the win if the match was heading to a draw.

basically that's why they switched to the 3-point for a win system. while england had it since 1981, italy - alongside many other leagues - only did the switch once both uefa and fifa started to use the standard in official tournaments

btw leading teams still tend to get defensive towards the end of the games to protect the precious 2 points lol. still i couldn't imagine going back to the 2 point for a win standard

No Chico, maybe Vlahovic at this stage

Why do they keep saying players have nothing, scans negative etc then they miss a month?

To be honest he doesn't deserve to be scapegoated. But i expected him to be better then then he has been so far.
that's true for the majority of the team, including the coach. we expected more from the whole group. for me di gregorio doesn't stand out in any way, neither as a top player obviously, nor as a dud

Atalanta are a much better side and they haven't won in 3 games so they will be itching to put the smackdown on us. This will be the first league loss guaranteed.

12 draws in 19 Serie A matches for the Juventus coached Thiago Motta , who at this rate is about to beat the record of draws in a single championship held by Mancini's Inter (16 in 2004/05) and by the Torino of the Novellino-De Biasi duo (16 in 2007/08) .

Ah so we are on course for a Scudetto of Honesty? Interista coach bang on target

We will win with counters. The only way we get points is against teams who have the ball. Because if WE have the ball, we just pass backwards
