Atalanta boss Stefano Colantuono admits his side face a tough ask in halting the Bianconeri’s winning start to the season but refuses to rule out springing a surprise tomorrow night at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia.

The Nerazzurri boss, whose outfit currently sit in mid-table with four points, played down the merits of an ultra-defensive approach and revealed he will be seeking out alternative ways of upsetting the odds against the reigning champions.

Speaking to the media this afternoon, Colantuono said: “Those who have chosen to defend all the way have lost. If you play too high up the field you risk leaving spaces for them to exploit, whereas if you sit back too much you’ll be swamped.

“It’s difficult to find ways of stopping them, but that’s something we need to do, because I never say never in this game. We must maintain our mentality.”

When asked if fans will get the chance to see Llorente, Morata and Tevez altogether on the pitch, Allegri dismissed the possibility.

“That would be for the show and I don’t really like shows. Let’s throw in also Coman and Giovinco, but it’s not that the more strikers you play the more games you win. It doesn’t work like that.

Time to unleash Pepe at RWB.

Buffon

Ogbonna - Bonucci - Chiellini

Pepe - Padoin - Pogba - Asa - Evra

Morata - Tevez

Vidal and Marchisio need rest. Marchisio has been playing non-stop while Vidal shouldn't play 3 games in a week after just returning from injury.

So excited to see this game. Getting to watch the entire thing live, too (which is rare due to work)

We'll miss Lichtsteiner but the guy needs a rest. Thank fuck we've got good bench options so we're able to rest key players ahead of important Champions League games. Pepe or Padoin makes no real difference to me. I love both of those motherfuckers
