He will play against Milan because he was banned for 1 match only.
I remember, before the match with Palermo, that it was written in RAI teletext that he is suspended for only 1 match, and now Gazzetta has him among the available players for the match with Milan.

His original suspension was for 1 match. I don't know how the procedure goes but i believe that Milan or anyone else can appeal this decission and he can be suspended for 1 more match. Similar thing happened in 2005 with Zlatan, no ? When he was originally banned for 2 matches and then it was changed to 3 matches (the third match being the scudetto decider against Milan)

I doubt Milan will try to get 2 matches ban for Chiellini, though. He will play for sure.
