No way. Way too offensive, Milan will be able to play their game if we give them so much space. That 4-3-3 will see us get destroyed. Kaka thrives on making rushes into space, Pirlo and Seedorf are completely ineffective if there is no space for them to pass the ball to(playmakers want to pass the ball to where players will come, not to where the players already are). Milan's offensive fullbacks won't be able to attack if the usual hardworking Nedved and Camo (assisted by Iaquinta) shut them down. We should play the same formation as we did vs palermo. Overpower them, keep the space to a minimum and make the playing field small and we'll suffocate milan. We'll wear them down with our heart and physical qualites and then we can bring DP on for the last 20 minutes to finish them off.
Geez , who the hell gave you an access to my mind ? :D
I'm signing this. Exactly my thoughts.

----------------Buffon

Criscito---Legro---Chiellini----Molinaro

Camo----Zanetti---Tiago----Nedved

---------Del piero----Trezeguet

Buffon- I don't no why i need to say anything here. Is the a better Goalkeeper in the world?

Criscito- He was excellent agaisnt palermo and even tho hes not a natural right back his defensive skills will be very useful against Milan and while he might not add anything in the attacking sense we will need him agaisnt Milan.

Legro- Superb season so far. So happy we kept him over the summer has been a huge help.

Chiellini- His central partnership with Legro should not be broken. Hopefully he can put in another great performance against a milan side.

Molinaro- Our best option at left back. He will have a difficult game agaisnt Milan yet he needs a big game against a top side.

camo- Great player. Could be essential out on the wing.

Nedved- Had an awesome game against palermo deserves to start ahead of marchionni.

Del piero- I realise many people would start iaquinta for this one but iaquinta isn't much of a performer when it comes to big games. I think Del piero would be a better starter although he should probably make way for iaquinta around the hour mark.

Trez- he has 11 goals this season.

This is most definetly a game we can win.

For a second you wanted to play Palladino instead of Nedved and Iaquita instead of Trezeguet, but you felt ashamed.

What is wrong with Zebina now?

I'm still unsure about keeping Del Boy on the bench. There's no question Iaquinta should start, no doubt there....but Ale is always giving It all against the likes of Milan. So I'm really undecided.

DP should and will start on the bench just like he did against palermo. He'll come on and probably score the winner. He can barely play a solid 60 minutes. Bringing him on and giving him 30-35 minutes will give him enough time to do what he needs to do. He's excellent coming off the bench, that's how we should use him.

I'd like to see Del Piero on the bench. No matter what some say, he IS and always will be a supersub. Don't get me wrong, he can also be great when he starts, but he has the capacity to change a game when coming on and that's a gift few people have. Iaquinta and Palladino usually can offer the same or more than Del Piero can in the first 60 minutes of a game anyway. But in a normal game of football, the last 30 minutes are vital. And that's where DP comes in.

Del and trezgol would own that backline so play DEL for the start. If he started against palermo he would have scored a Hat trick where iquatana wastes the freekick opportunities

it is easy to defeat Milan... lots of early crosses so Didaster can fumble & drop balls to the feet of onrushin' players... lots of long distance shots for Didaster to fumble at & players in the box to pounce on...

add to the fact Milan has their mind set on the 2 CL games before & after this game... as well as the upcomin' Club World Cup... i see no way Juve can lose to Milan...

everyone should be thankful Berlusconi is both stupid & blind by refusin' to let Didaster go & gettin' a capable replacement instead...

Del Piero coming off the bench doesn't mean he only got 30min on his feet.

There's a big diff coming off the bench playing 30min and also thinking he got 30min in him just because he's playing the last half an hour.

Del Piero could play more than 70min IMO, If Ranieri would bench him than thats for a tactical reason and has nothing to do with stamina.

Iaquinta deserves to start and Del Piero is probably more useful off the bench but I just get the feeling that Vincenzo isn't really the type of guy who you can count on to step up in a game like this. He'll give you 100% commitment and all the running he has in his legs but Del Piero's the man to provide that extra bit of quality we'll need to win.

So yeah. One change to the back four that kept Palermo at bay (Chiellini in for Criscito) and the same midfield that was totally dominant in that game. My only doubt is whether to start Del Piero or Iaquinta.
