Is Grygera definitely out? If so I'd play the same formation as against Palermo.

Buffon
Zebina - Legrottaglie - Criscito - Molinaro
Camoranesi - Nocerino - Zanetti - Nedved
Iaquinta - Trezeguet

Nocerino vs Gattuso will be interesting to watch.
Chiellini is back though.

as long as we can get another 3 points from there , i would be happy , c'mon boys give your fans an early B'day gift :D

i think the key from this match is Speed and efficiensy , Milan aren't a fast team , and both of Milan or Juventus doesn't created much scoring chances in almost every game we played , because we know each other . but this season Milan playing not that good like few seasons ago .

3-1 for Juve :toast:

Forza Juventus !!

I seriously hope Uncle Fester didn't buy Collina's yellow shirted bitches for this game. I'm getting really sick of this horrible refereeing.

I don't care how badly milan have played this year, I still expect them to come out and play like they did in the CL last year. This will be a huge game and I promise milan will come out and play very well. A tie would be a good result.
It's a myth that Milan plays the best when it's the toughest. Yeah, in Europe they do, but in Italy they suck against the best teams in last 2 years.
Lost to Inter twice last year, escaping a humiliation in the first match. Lost 3 and drew two against Roma in last 5 matches (serie a+coppa) last season and this season. Can't beat Fiorentina.....and if we go a little earlier, there is this scudetto decider against us in 2005 where they lost when it was the most important for them not to lose.

Now why should it be any different against us on Saturday ? Their home record is 0-4-2 (3:5). They've been outplaying and destroying Sampdoria, Lazio and the likes away from home but they still lost or drew their home matches. This match against us is the start of the toughest month they had in last years, with 8 matches in 25 days. They say their main priority is the world club championship and that's where their thoughts are.
We've seen how the others played against them at San Siro. How Roma played, how Fiorentina played, how the minnows played.
They will have a tough match in Portugal on Wednesday and maybe the decisive match in the group next Tuesday against Celtic.

We can beat them. The other teams have shown us how to beat Milan at San Siro- give them posession and counter attack them. The others have shown us how to take an advantage of their old defense, of their mistake prone full-backs, mistake prone goalkeeper, of their clueless attack, of their Wednesday/Sunday schedule, of their pathetic home form.

I'm confident about this one. Juve will win.

Those are some great points and milan do look terrible at the san siro but they havent played juve in 2 years. They'll be fired up for this game. We can't go in there thinking this will be an easy win just because other weaker teams have beaten them. You can throw past performances, form, and records away for this game. They don't mean a thing......

So far this season we have drawn against all of the big team (Inter, Roma, Fiorentina), and I don't see us winning this one either. Considering Milan's terrible run at home, this game is likely to end with another draw for Juve.

I don't think the 4-3-3 would be good idea to play Milan. Sure, it turned out alright againt Roma, but Milan's formation differ from Roma's.

-------------Buffon
Zebina--Legro--Criscito--Chiellini
------Nocerino--Zanetti
Camo---------Tiago-----Nedved
--------------Iaquinta

criscito won't start. Well at least not at cb. I want tiago to start but not if that means benching the leading scorer of serie a. One thing you can count on is trezegol starting. You'll probably see this lineup:

------------------buffon------------------

--zebina---legro---chiellni---molinaro--

------------nocerino----zanetti-----------
--cammo-------------------------neddy--

-------------iaquinta------trez-------------

I want tiago to start but raneri won't change a thing. Tiago's time will come after the milan game when we play a couple of weaker opponents.....

Brazzo can take Molinaros place No? at least he can give us a bit more plus experience...

It's great that Milan has a CL game this week

The major question for this match is: Which one of Del Piero and Iaquinta should come on as a sub later on the game?
juve should play with the same formation in palermo match and dp should come on as a sub later on the game

This will be always a classic game. It's all about pride and the mental thoughness to come out as a winner.

I hope we will show our true strength on the field, the result is another thing.

we are in a good frame of mind, with many players returning from various disturbances (suspensions, injuries, loss of form) whilst Milan are looking nervous in front of their home crowd...Juve can and will win I am sure of it

But they do mean a lot. Milan have been criticized heavily for their home performances and they still can't improve even though Ancelotti and the players promise before every home match how it's going to be different and they will win.
Milan are so predictable under Ancelotti, the others found a way how to handle their tactics and it worked. Ranieri will have to do the same and only if we're very unlucky it won't work.
The big question is : Shall we play like we're the greatest team in Italy and push for the win for the whole 90 minutes or shall we play like we're Empoli and use the catenaccio+counters tactics that brought many points to the visitors at San Siro ?

These are the 6 matches at San Siro that Milan didn't find a way to win :

1. Milan-Fiorentina 1:1
Milan having close to 70% posession while all Viola did was tough defense and counter-attacking. Milan scores from penalty.
The goal : Nesta beaten on the left side, Jankulovski outjumped in the box, Mutu scores a header

2. Milan-Parma 1:1
All Milan again. Pure catenaccio by Parma with occasional counters. Milan scores a fluke goal and can't create much because Parma's defending perfectly. Parma had a great chance to win, missed by Couto.

The goal: Nesta owned by Reginaldo on the left side who finds Pisanu in the box and Pisanu scores with ease, even though there are 3 Milan defenders around him.

3. Milan-Catania 1:1
Milan with all the ball posession, Catania without any chances. Only one or two counters with one of them resulting with a goal. Milan scores from penalty.

The goal: Spinesi outrunned Kaladze, crossed from the left while Martinez outjumped everyone and scored easily. Milan's defense sleeping.

4. Milan-Empoli 0:1
All Milan again but heroic defending from Empoli completely stopped Milan. Empoli defending with 10 men and attacking with 3, but still able to create 3 chances.

The goal: Antonini beats his man on the right, crossed, and Saudati outjumped Nesta and Kaladze in the box.

5. Milan-Roma 0:1
Roma without Totti was the only team that didn't defend for 90 minutes. But they still let Milan have the posession and they also used counters to hurt Milan. Roma missed a penalty.

The goal: Cicinho escapes his man on the right, crossed in the box and Vucinic scores a header after Nesta was late to block him.

6. Milan-Torino 0:0
This match was the same as all the previous 5 matches with the only difference being that Torino didn't score.

-----------
As you can see all the teams used the same tactics and most of the goals scored against Milan were very similar. Tough defense, counters, beating the full back on the flanks, cross, the striker outjumps Nesta, Kaladze or Maldini and scores a header.
