Hmm I would rest the players. Madrid is also done with the league and have two weeks rest. Players minds are already on the final and I doubt an insignificant game will give us an advantage over Madrid in terms of match sharpness. And like you mention the risk of injury.

I would probably just rest all the older players (Barzagli, Buffon, Chiellini) and the runners (Sandro, Mandzukic.)
