I do believe that some Interminded journalists influenced Calciopoli. But what really caused it is the will of the Italian public to see conspiracies in just about anything. Italians bitch more than anyone on the face of the Earth.

They made a huge deal out of this frozen image:

Bonucci is yelling at Rizzoli, he's about to headbutt him, while Rizzoli just stands there quietly (for 5, 10, 15 seconds?), like a small kid who did something very wrong. Vergogna! Why is he letting the Juve players do this to him? Why doesn't he give him a direct red?

He gets the ball but it's an easy one to give because he also gets some man, it's dangerous, at speed, and he tackles him with his wrong side. I didn't think it was a penalty but it's not the biggest scandal ever. Alex Sandro should have just let him try the cross.

I'll also make a comment about Bonucci - he can be very irritating in the big domestic games, he gets involved in lots of protests and other nonsense, stuff he doesn't do in Europe, and tbh there was little point in this game as Juve were pretty dominant. Torino deserved nothing from this game, but it was the derby and they are desperate, because they've basically been gash for months. Who tf gives a shit bout winning this anyway, like really is it a surprise we won vs a small provincial side and we get excited over it? How do you people find joy in failing in Europe every single year but are still 100% satisfied with owning a completely dead league?? It's gotten old for me, a "5th" title in a row really means absoloutley nothing in this league, we will not be noted as a good team from this era without a champions league. 12-13, 13-14, were understandable years, but we have no excuse from this year or last, it's getting old and I'm gettin sick of it, who gives af bout serie a anymore, just fuckin stop making us look like fools in Europe where everyone actually watches
