Shit I'd take Higuain in a heartbeat.
Allan would be my number one priority though, and is one one of the few even then rather obvious mistakes that Beppe made. Of course I don't know whether Beppe maybe didn't try to sign him anyways but failed because he wanted a guaranteed starting spot or something (something we couldn't guarantee), but if we didn't even try that's hella weak.

If we play with a 4-mans defence, we need to start Lichtsteiner and on the other side Alex Sandro. Evra is getting older, and he gives our attack no improvement. Good back-up, but for me no starter for in big games. Lichtsteiner is defensively a way better than Cuadrado and he has a good play with Khedira and Dybala, i didn't saw that on this way with Marchisio and Llorente/Tevez
Maybe Pereyra, depending on what we need tactically.
But also Khedira & Asmamoah are maybe fit for ~50% of our games, and we need backups for rotation anyways. Allan sure as hell is a better player than Sturaro or Lemina, and especially Hernanes, at a very affordable price. As I said, we couldn't guarantee him a starting spot, so maybe we bid for him but he declined due to that, but he would have been a quality quality player and exactly what we need.
