I wouldn't play him there, it's not his primary position, actually it's not even his secondary position but if you don't try him there you can't state it definitely doesn't work. When Marchisio played closer to the goal [under Conte in seasons 2011/2012 and 2012/2013] he scored 18 goals in 79 apps:

We saw Dybala on the right of a 4231 for Argentina few months ago actually. Was nothing special, to not use any harsher words. The problem with him playing wide is a) you play him out of his prefered central role where hes WC and b) you bench one of Mandzukic or Cuadrado which we wont do for obvious reasons
