The team plays a very slow ball possession, it is not very dangerous. The game against Napoli was really boring. Something more is needed, Juve should take on more risks: it should not only think about ball possession, but should provide vertical passes and attack more. New challenge by CONSOB to Juventus on the events related to capital gains and salary maneuvers. Consob is not satisfied by explanation of the management at Juventus.
The club itself explained it in a note in which it unveiled the balance sheet data as of June 30, 2024 yesterday at the shareholders meeting. The note said this:“On August 5, 2024, Consob notified Juventus, and certain former administrators and managers and a manager currently in charge of a dispute pursuant to art. 187-septies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 for alleged violation of art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and for the alleged commission of market manipulation offences with regard to the information provided to the public by JFC from March 28, 2020 to November 22, 2022” (@CalcioFinanza)
