not sure where to put it. anyway, the news is that the eu might put an end to geoblocking services, which would consequently mean that we could subscribe to services in any country.

Good, such a stupid concept.
well on one hand one of the main reasons for the creation of the eu was to have one single market for the member countries. on the other hand, it would mean the end of the current rights distribution system too. no bidding wars between local service providers, the tv broadcasting market would most certainly suffer, and new techniques such as multiple audio tracks per streams should be implemented. also streaming is kinda semi-live with their ~half a minute handicap over proper live tv, so there's that too.

i for one would be happy to cancel my cable contract. we never switch on any tv channels besides some juve games anyway. we either watch streaming or downloaded movies, i could easily live without a cable tv subscription and a pay per view solution for jj matches.

Mourinho: “I'm worried about the referee, we've had him as the 4th official three times and I don't think he has the emotional stability for matches of this level. It's a super important match for us, the referee's profile doesn't leave me at ease, nor does the person at VAR (Di Bello): we've often had bad luck with him... You'll see that tomorrow with Marcenaro, Mancini will get a yellow after 10 minutes…”

Seriously this sort of shit pressuring refs before a game should be severely punished. But but but Juve...
