strawman

Max may defend 93 out of 90 minutes if he brings home the 3 points

Max apologists don't get to be smug about style when the games aren't won to begin with
You read or understood that wrong. I'm not smug or selective about style. I'm saying that there are people on tuz who are very selective about style and thus Sottil's defensive counter-attack jihadball would be frowned upon by some of our more selective members.

Didn’t see this one coming tbh but damn Roma really got themselves a serious spanking haven’t they lol, hopefully this was all they needed to cut the momentum and get back to their defeatist mentality aiming for that 4th Serie A spot as their only main objective for this season.

This league is there for the taking. There are really no excuses for Allegri and co as to why the scudetto should not be the objective.

Anything less than top 3 in a serious title race should warrant Allegri's exit.

Pirlo and Sarri got fired for less, and they are the ones who really needed more than a season (and the players at disposal at the time) to really implement some of their ideas.

Really no excuses for Allegri anymore.

So are you willing to give him a chance until the end of the season or should he be fired immediately?

I would give him the first half of the season untill the WC starts. Second half of this unusual season could be a fresh start for a new coach if Allegri fails in the coming months.

Top 4 and still in CL is the minimum requirement halfway through.

Reasonable enough.

Serie A very shitty this year. What the hell. Spezia, Salernitana, Empoli, Monza, Cremonese, Lecce is this Serie B? Hellas Verona and Sampdoria also on a very low level this season, they used to have better squads. Serie B is luckily stacked with some nice clubs, hopefully the will promote to A.
