I obviously would have preferred a draw, but neither Napoli or Milan are good or consistent teams anyway and they will drop many more points over the next half of the season.
The problem though, is that so will we. If I had to make a bet, I’d say that Napoli are more likely the club to go off the boil. This is the worst possible result imo.

You are over rating Milan Napoli are playing without osimhen koulibaly and fabians ruiz. Once they come back they will be tougher to beat.

January will definitely make or break our season. If we can keep the gap to fourth place at 8 points or fewer, and if we get a striker/midfielder, I expect us to get into the top 4.

Waiting to sell Ronaldo until after the first match of the season and not adequately replacing him was really a disaster of a decision. Even if we were bringing Kean in anyways, it should have been done a month earlier at minimum to give a young player a chance to integrate into the team and have a preseason. We picked up 2 pts in our first 4 games thanks to Tek mess and Ronaldo forcing a move last second, and general upheaval around the squad. Win those games against Udinese and Empoli and we’re on 36 pts right now and in a much better position.

For the life of me I dont even know why milan's equaliser was disallowed, Juan jesus was the one on top of Giroud there for if anything he was impeding Giroud and could no way be active. what a bunch of clowns.
I think it's just the strict rules here. Any interfering is considered an offside. Even if it's totally unintentional. Giroud was in a physical contact with a Napoli defender who tried to kick the ball. That's all they need to call it off.

Correct me if im wrong but was Giroud holding back Juan Jesus? to me it just seemed like Juan Jesus was too lazy to get up whilst pinning Giroud to the ground. It's hard to imagine how Giroud could be in any way active if he's on the ground unless he's actually holding back or obstructing Juan Jesus which from my viewing doesn't seem to be the case
