Why Napoli at week 20? Shouldn’t it be the reverse of week 1?

It's asymmetrical, like in the other big leagues. It's done in order to make sure that the biggest teams (those who play in Europe) don't play each other before or after the CL knockout matches. It's done to avoid a potential Juve-Inter match before or after a CL 1/8, 1/4 or semifinal match.
