Watched some of it (He came on as a sub). They played a decent game but they did play Bologna..
I think the level of Italian football is much better than last year - Milan post covid are actually good while Atalanta will try to fight as well.
I see Inter trying but for some reason I dont think they`ll be much better..
Lazio might return to pre-covid form but I doubt they can do it for a whole season.

There is no qualifications for third and fourth place teams of serie a I think both the teams gave a request to figc for one week extended break

Both are already qualified to the group stage. Top 4 in Europe's top 4 leagues get automatic qualification.

Atalanta are prob given an extra week because they qualified for the UCL quarterfinals. With Lazio I have no clue why.

like psg has played 4 games already, but we only played one. then you have teams not playing on previous weekend or on weekdays.

It seems like an attempt to get a player with high wages come to Italy.
