Not a pen. Great decision from the ref tbh. Striker just headed the ball into his arm that was in a natural position. Absolutely no intention from merda player to play handball.
Too bad refs are inconsistent and give pens for the same moments sometimes.
I think that is the big problem, there is absolutely no consistency in deciding on handballs. The rules need to be clearer and refs fully trained on what is/isn't a handball.
