I am wondering what you guys think about Inter`s L.Martinez.
Is he a WC striker
Is he a just a good striker and nothing more
Is he mediocre and having a great moment currently

I saw his highlights vs Mexico and it was indeed impressive but it also looked like Mexicans cant really defend (Trump broke their spirits ;) )

considering that their city is trash, their fans like to trash our toilets, it only seems fitting they have a changing room to match their surroundings

DL higher paid than koulibaly?

DL on his best day isn't even equal to half of koulibaly...and thats not including koulibaly's final form.

Koulibaly: Napoli will win Serie A

Who will win the Scudetto? Napoli. And you can write that. We believe it, the defeat in Turin left no trace. The season has also just begun.”

And there it is.

Don't know why they do this to themselves every year.

Then why not say "hopefully Napoli but there's a long way to go and a lot of work to be done". "We can compete and are on the same level as Juve".

Instead he just days "Napoli and you can print that".

He's putting more pressure and expectation on his team and we've seen these comments made by their players every season. Making statements like that always come back to bite you in the end.

I remember Buffon saying there was a long way to go and we will keep fighting despite being near 12 points clear at the top of the table.

Because its their job? They supposed to believe (or atleast express it) they can compete, if not, why bother?
Literally no one else does it ever.

EDIT: actually Messi did something close before the start of last season, promising to bring CL to Camp Nou, and everyone shat at him when they failed lol but even Messi didn't say we WILL win.
