Found this gem from Diaconale after Fiorentina - Lazio in 17-18:

Lazio: ‘Referees against us’

By Football Italia staff. Thursday April 19 2018

Lazio’s spokesman claims yesterday’s Fiorentina game proves there’s “malice or prejudice against us” on the part of Serie A’s referees.

The Biancocelesti have complained about officiating on a number of occasions this season, and despite their 4-3 win in Florence last night it appears the storm has not died down.

“The well-deserved victory by Lazio in Florence cannot cancel out the scandal that we witnessed in the game at the Artemio Franchi,” Arturo Diaconale fumed on Radio Incontro Olympia.

“Even yesterday evening there were numerous refereeing incidents which were unfavourable to Lazio, between the referees choices and the VAR.”

“It seems to confirm that there is some malice or prejudice against us on the part of the Italian whistlers who we come up against.”
There was talk of taking legal action against the FIGC and AIA by some supporters' groups (lol).

Amazing at such a turnaround...Lazio had a fairly rough deal before, maybe it's just being balanced out. Totally impartially, of course. Like the rest of calcio.

Let's not sound like salty Inter fans. We're not losers - we've won the title for the past 8 seasons, and as long as we continue to maintain that 4 point gap, they'll eventually crack. This is not 2001 or 2002 when both Roma and Lazio had star studded squads and experienced coaches with winning mentalities. We're probably going to win in the end because of our DNA and in spite of the truck driver we have coaching us.

15 against 3 is logical for a team who probably takes 5 times as many shots at goal as their opponent on average. Whats not logical (and is just a poorly written rule) is the amount of handball penalties given this season, I'd guess 3-5 out of those 15 are handballs that wouldnt have been given in the past.

Why is our management silent after last night?

If we continue to accept these ref decisions like nothing happened, Lazio will get such ref help in every game left in Serie A.
