when napoli sends its fans to J stadium its not sending its best. they are ultras, drunks, folks who vandalize J stadium, toilet smashers and im sure...a few of them might be good people.

I almost forgot Milan existed. They've fallen below Roma in terms of relevance
They're getting to the point of nostalgia for football supporters over 30 years old, club who used to be great but it all seems a long time ago in the past now.

Really it's not all that long, but really in the last 20 years they've won two scudetti and one coppa, their legacy is built on the two CLs in the period, it's not at all impressive but always something to fall back on.

Of course we've lost 5 CL finals in 21 years so we only have ourselves to blame for that.

Just looking at their mercato makes me laugh.

Two CMs from a relegated team, their usual Brazilian signing, another striker, some C-level player from Real Madrid.

How the mighty have fallen. Definitely not getting anywhere near the CL places, again.

When you put it that way I realise its even worse than I thought

I almost feel sorry for them  wtf went so badly for them, was it Galliani becoming senile and Berlusconi stopped needing them as his PR machine?

no attempt to lay a base and rebuild. i have always thought the milan sides shouldve taken inspiration from our rebuild.

beppe's first season here we were shit and finished 7th but we built a base with some solid, hard working experienced serie a players. the 2nd season we added quality in and a top coach.

but no neither side has seemed interested in doing that.

only inter have just started by acquiring beppe and conte.

Milan on the other hand have a revolving door of (often shady and incompetent) mgmt

    Predictions?

    Juve
    inter
    Napoli
    Roma/Lazio/Atalanta/not Milan

Im afraid inter will really give us a challenge this year though. And I never say that

Juve will finish first and Napoli will certainly be in the top three (only other side that might steal 2nd is inter).

Still unsure of what to think about Inter. Conte makes them a much more serious contender. i dont believe they are a real challenge to us winning another scudetto but they should round out the top three and fight with Napoli for 2nd.

Nobody else looks capable of challenging those top three however the fight for 4th will have at least 4 teams with a chance of getting in and should be interesting in the final stretch.

Milan wont make 4th. Someone from lazio, roma or atalanta will beat them to it.
