Not much quality in Serie A, is there. You yourself can't think of a better performer than Pjanic, who was very inconsistent and was either a hit or a liability.

Allan had a good season. Silly of Brazil to not call him up.

Still decent when he doesn't score or assist and far more consistent than Pjanic.

Didn't mention Nainggolan b/c I rarely caught a Roma game, ditto with Cristante and Atalanta. Don't know if they're candidates.

All things considered, Matuidi was as good as Pjanic.
Pjanic was a beast in the first half of the season. He was great in almost every game. The last couple of months haven’t been so good for him, but that doesn’t take away from the rest of the season. I think most Juventini and journalists would take Pjanic over Nainggolan or Hamsik this season.

Big news!

From next season, Serie A teams will be allowed to register a reserve/B team in Lega Pro (Serie C). These B teams can’t be promoted to Serie A and also cannot play in a league in which their first teams compete.

That's good. Hopefully they get the support they need to grow this.

bad news is, once we get relegated to Serie B again, our B team will be kicked out to Serie C

Mediapro loses Serie A tender
By Football Italia staff

Sky has won its appeal for Mediapro to have its tender for Serie A television rights revoked.

The Court of Milan reached its verdict on Wednesday, with judge Claudio Maragoni arguing Mediapro’s tender was 'not properly formulated’ and 'violated Antitrust principles’.

The Spanish broadcaster won Serie A’s TV rights for 2018-21 in February, but its purchase was quickly challenged by Sky, which felt the former was not in a legal position to buy them.

Consequently, the bidding process is expected to start over, which will also allow Mediaset back in, although it remains to be seen whether Mediapro will launch a second bid.

Niiice, having a team in Serie B possibly from 19/20 sounds great, finally we won't have to loan out 50 guys every summer. No idea how competitive Serie C is though, but surely better than Primavera tournaments

nah, those are Serie A guys and should play there. but if you take a look at our loan section in https://www.transfermarkt.com/juventus-turin/alletransfers/verein/506, surely we have enough to form a highly competitive Serie C and later Serie B team together with our Primavera.

only downside is that Primavera guys we could call up any time we needed them, in this scenario I highly doubt you can register a player in Serie C and Serie A at the same time :D
