I am impressed by Gasperini's Atalanta. First of all, Gasp is using his 3-4-3 / 4-3-3 with a lot of pressing and an attacking minded idea. What I also really liked by Genoa etc. Second the youngsters Caldara, Gagliardini and Kessie are playing amazing and Petagna and Conti aren't playing bad aswell. Gagliardini is a nice player, loves his style. Kessie is a powerhouse and Caldara a reliable defender who scores a lot.

The second team that my impress is Torino. Mihajlovic let's their team attack, he didn't do that at Sampdoria / Milan where he prefered a really defensive minded playstyle. The midfield trio Benassi - Valdifiori - Baselli is like a small MVP and Belotti is on fucking fire. Hart is too good for Torino and is helping them points. I wouldn't mind if one of these two clubs will reach Europa League. I think Torino can better hold their players. Kessie and Gagliardini will be 90% away next summer and Sportiello will go in winter to Fiorentina.
True and agreed..
tbh, i don't rate Atalanta and Torino this year, Sassuolo & Empoli were and still are the dissapointment this season.

I even predict Torino will struggling before they got Hart, they reshuffle all of their backline, and now look at them..
Miha really bring the best of them, props for him.

Still to early to judge Sassuolo though, they have a thin squad, and their run in EL, is pretty good for newcomer.

For Empoli, i guess their luck from Sarri and Giampaolo ran out.. Saponara really disapointing this season, tello also pretty meh..

Empoli's attack was never special. They build their fundament on Mario Rui, Rugani, Hysaj and Tonelli who are good enough to play in midtable. Now the lost the whole backline include their 'regista' Valdifiori.

They tried to do the same as Sassuolo (loan young players from big clubs with option to buy). Jose Mauri, Dimarco, Diousse (youth) and Tello, but it unpacked not good enough.

Inter has attempted 156 crosses into the box coming in the 12 matches this season. They've scored 16 goals. Talk about beating a dead horse.

We're in second place with 100.
well if they can't put together anything in an attacking sense then just punting the ball into the box they might get lucky :boh:
