Seria A is again the most interesting topic, albeit not purely on sporting reasons. I love the un-professionalism stemming from Internazionale. It seems the directors and Icardi had a 1+h meeting, the forvet was not giving autographs afterwards...
Two solutions:
-sell with a loss, preferably outside Italy (probably best scenario for all, but could've been pre-planned by Wanda and co.)
-strip him of captaincy, weather the storm; Short of Wanda having sex with all the offended ultras and Icardi adopting the 'product'... I don't see it working.

No matter which way it goes, Inter would be keeping us entertained at least until January. At that point if the let Icardi and Wanda go, they can concentrate on finding a temporary replacement for De Boer...

Dont know if old news, but Cosa Nostra actually called Maxi Lopez and asked if he wanted them to break Icardi's foot? :lol2: Lopez said no apparently.

Torino with a comfortable 1-4 win over Palermo. They are contender for the Europa League spots this season. I liked them 2 (?) years ago, where the got to the 1/8 finals and lost against Zenit, what was completely undeserved.

Shame it's Torino because yeah, they have quite a likable bunch of players. Especially now Glik has gone. Lots of Italians and mostly useful foreign players. Hart is going to turn out to be a shrewd move, in mentality as much as anything.

Their defence is a little bit weak, but that young and Italian midfield and their flairish attack is indeed likeable.

Ljajic - Belotti - Falque (2 technicans + 1 target man)

Baselli - Valdifiori - Benassi (Young, Italian and creative with a box-to-box player as Benassi for the balance)

Shame it is Toro tho :p ;)

Referee Rocchi burgled
By Football Italia staff

Serie A referee Gianluca Rocchi’s house was burgled and €100,000 worth of items stolen.

The 43-year-old FIFA official saw his home in Soffiano, near Florence, attacked by well-organised thieves.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the gang actually knocked a safe out of the wall.

They made off with jewellery and other items worth in the region of €100,000.

It’s believed the thieves first broke into the house next door and used that to gain entry to Rocchi’s home.

Rocchi is due to blow the whistle in Sunday’s early Serie A kick-off between Udinese and Pescara at the Dacia Arena.

He has officiated six games this season in all competition, including Monaco’s 2-1 Champions League victory at Tottenham and the World Cup qualifier between Poland and Denmark.

100k of items in his house!
