They are going to have to spend a lot of money initially to make the club financially sustainable in the future. Nobody is going to want to buy jerseys with mediocre names on the back.

It can be worthwhile and good business to pump millions into the club. It has worked very well for Chelsea, City and PSG and they became profitable clubs.
