No one is questioning if the ball touch ed Emersn elbow or not, and here I've two questions for ya:

* Did Emerson willingly move his hand to stop the ball ???

* Do ya really know what is HAND BALL ???
READ THE RULE...

If the ball is coming towards a player he has an obligation to try as much as possible to MOVE IT...

his elbow and arm were streched out.....HAND BALL...as they stated NETTO RIGORE...TEXT BOOK PK

BACK TO THE BALL...Today a Livorno player got a card because the ball hit his hand...his back was to the ball....

More over, Emerson was FACING NESTA

Did you even watch the game?

Sure did.

Several calls went your way as well.

Your boys put Neddy through a meat grinder, without much for Juve to show for it.

Are you serius?
It was a strong shoot from one meter distance max,
Buffon Dida and the likes arent capable to stop similar shoots,
there is no human creature in the earth able to react so fast to prevent or not the contact, from such a distance
and he definately couldnt do it when he had his turned back and couldn focus his vision on it:disagree:

Just a point about Vieira, he put in a strong workman like performance tonight and for those who say he still didn't play well other than possibly one move that pirlo and kaka did anything. Vieira did the unexciting and difficult job that doesn't have much shine, but was very effective and stopped a team that put 4 goals past bayern look clueless. He brings a calming influence tot he team and keeps possesion. In an article in the times the other day stats showed his tackling and passing efficieny had improved since his arsenal days, so although he may be unspectacular recently, his performance today gave our defence some brathing space. NOTE: Emersons form is orgasmic though.
