It helps to sway one to being positive when he says only Juve have made an offer. He wouldn't lie about that. Also, the repeated rejections of not selling to RM and the fact that he has also stated he does not want to move to England.

makes me overly optimistic.
Yeah, we may not have the competition of Real to face, but we still have a task in sealing the deal with Atletico, and convincing Aguero that he should come here.

Honestly, I think if it comes down to a set fee that they want we will eventually give in. I have a feeling that is the reason why marotta is trying to get rid of the trash so we can meet that fee.

If Aguero had stated that the previous night he dreamed about zebras, that would make you feel overly optimistic as well. Especially you.
uh, no. The fact he mentioned only Juve have made an offer is enough to make anyone optimistic.

I see no reason to panic. Of course we need to get players off the wage bill before Aguero can be added.

If he already knows his destination then it's got to be the one team that have been pushing so hard for him.
Would bet that this is what Marotta is doing now, with the wages of Amauri and Tiago still burning through the funds.

Until Tevez is sold City won't move for him and it could take most of the Summer trying to find Tevez a club.
Said the same thing yesterday to, Red I believe.

Tevez makes a hell of a lot of money, so finding a club willing to meet his demands and is also in need of another striker is not going to be easy. I don't think Man City will have an easy time getting him out of the club.

well brazzos gone now to wolfsburg so there is a bit of room now Amauri should be number 1 to get out and sisso aswell. Im probably in the middle with this aswell but with Marottas history with dzeko even though his situation was the EU passport I still get more and more worried as this goes on because the long we wait the long other teams have time to get funds if they want him. Lets hope Argentina drop out soon and we can get this done.

I'm just trying to help you not to get too disappointed if this transfer won't materialize, Cum'ron.
That's my worst nickname, ass-klinch.

People can "not get their hopes up" as to "not be disappointed" if he doesn't come...don't lie to yourselves, everyone will be a little be bummed, whether you had your hopes up or not.
