Aguero isn't Juventino. Players don't care about history. History doesn't win you titles. A players career is short so if given a choice Aguero will go where he can win quickest and make the most money.

All that matters to players is that City are a title contender in the world's best league and are winning trophies. While Juve have been struggling in a weak league are are beset by boardroom problems and a medicore squad.
Players don't care about history? Sure, if your name is Ibrahimovic.

Why is it hard to believe? They're a rich club who are delivering on their promise to becoming title contenders in the biggest league in the world. Why wouldn't a player want to go there and compete for all competitions while earning a healthy paycheck? Maybe last year you could have laughed City off but winning the FA Cup and getting into the Champion's League has shown they mean business.

Aguero wasn't born with a Del Piero jersey on his back. Everything points to him going to the bigger club in the bigger league.
I am but I'm realistic about our place in world football these days and also our role in calciopoli - being realistic about these two things seems to get be branded as 'anti-juve'.

Yep it is for Poli who is close, not Rossi. Fuck Sky those fuckers. This looks like a 4-3-3, Poli is close.

According to a VS guru lol.

Aguero is beginning to look like a false dawn.

It will be either Real Madrid (despite public comments to the contrary by Atlètico officials) or Chelsea.

He wouldn't be contemplating a move to Wastelands. Especially when Tevez gives him the lowdown on how grim life would be in the grim, grimy mean streets of Manchester.

Not at all. It's great to be realistic. But being realistic also means knowing the facts. You seem more worried about proclaiming ManCitys greatness than being aware of Juve as a football brand. Our role in calciopoli? Our place in world football? Two years don't undo a century old history of triumph. Your arguments sound pretty nouveau riche to me.

Eh? We're about to sign Poli? Strange it's pretty quiet other than some VS guru saying that.

I assume, that he meant that the premiership is a bigger league than serie A, with more money, more media attention, more stars, more attention, and as good a chance of glory on the european front, as only inter or Ac or Madrid or Barca can offer. Also, City can offer insanely higher and bigger wages than us. and to be honest, suggest a team to play with, of far higher overall quality than our own.

I am not sure how much, if any, appreciation of history and prestige, Aguero has...but its very easy to see, that the options of :

City...200000 per week...playing with some world class players, in the world's most keenly watched league, in the champions league, strengthening, perhaps able with the right other signings, to make a serious stab at the premiership title...
OR
Juve...130000 per week...playing with fewer world class players...no european football, stengthening, but as hopefully as intelligently and potently...hardly likely to be able to aim for anything other than 3rd spot at best in next season's deomestic warfare, in a league which seems to have fallen below even the bundesliga in terms of perceived decency levels in recent years./...

That...is what I think he was saying/.

just facts.

City...an expensive epic fail with a coach that is nothing special that as soon as Financial Fair Play come into action their hopes for buying a title go out the window.

Juve...less money, more history...new statdium, warmer weather and a hell of a lot more footballing pedigree than Shitty.

I really don't think Aguero would go to Manchester City.

The only team that worries me is Real Madrid. What if RM contacted Aguero's agents and things seemed positive. Maybe that's how he knows where he is going.

And players and player managers aren't stupid, they know whats going on and what's to come
