Insert Xabi Alonso instead of Sahin and it would be great.

Sahin is not better than Xabi.
I'd love to see Sahin start, he's going to be great that kid! I would have shit my pants if we picked him up for 15M.

No way Kaka start over Ozil ;)
That's true, especially with all of his injuries as of late. But my point is, a 4-2-3-1 works better for Real, not this 4-3-3. And a 4-2-3-1 leaves no room for Aguero.

Most of you are aware Agüero has a €45m buy-out clause in his new contract. Then how is it Atlético is able to turn down these offers?

Well, first of all, the buy-out clause only applies to Spanish clubs.

Secondly, the figure is symbolic. The buy-out clause is a gentlemen’s agreement, but if a club refuses to sell, they can increase the price and almost double it. There are two ways to go about this.

1) In Agüero’s case, Atlético could hold out for €45m after taxes, which means 18% VAT has to be added to the transfer fee. This would increase Kun’s overall price to €53m.

2) Technically a player has to pay his own buy-out clause. In this scenario a club would transfer the money to Agüero’s bank account, and he would then pay Atlético the money. However, as soon as Kun receives the money, it counts as income and he would have to pay 44% on taxes. So a club would have to hand our Argentine €80m before he’s able to buy out his own contract.

As you can see, Atlético has a stronger position in negotiations than most of us had originally thought. If we want, we can play hardball. When a foreign club comes knocking we can demand whatever fee we deem appropriate, while Real Madrid could be forced to pay up to €80m.

Sadly, Kaka will probably never get back to his 2007 form and at the moment, Ozil is more effective.

Ozil doesn't come even close to 2007 Kaka though.
True, but having Ronaldo in the team, you don't really need a "one man team", which Kaka was back then. You only need players who'll do the rest of the job which Ronaldo isn't doing.
And Ozil was perfect for that. He had one period of bad form, but for the rest of the season he was brilliant. The man had 24 assists for Real in La Liga and CL. That's impressive. He was the top assistman in CL (7 assists) and with 17 assists in La Liga he was second only to Messi (18 assists). Overall top assistman in Europe. On top of this he also scores some goals.
You were absolutely spot on that atm Ozil is more effective and I believe it will be the case in the future too, considering the age difference between Kaka and the German (Kaka is 29, Ozil is 22).

I agree, it is true that they don't need a one man team.

i think there still is a chance of getting him. i just cant see madrid paying all that money for someone there dont reallly need. well yes i can but with the new ffp rules coming in they are gunna have to calm down. and i dont see chelsea going for him too because they got torres for 50 mill cant see them splashing out another 40 45 mill on a cf. and man city borad have said they are not gong to go crazy this summer and not to expect a big singhing. so were the only ones left, i dont really think kun want's to come here but he might not have no choice.

So is that Football Italia report being dismissed as standard shit-stirring?

This'll be the article they took the story from: http://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/juventus/?action=read&idnet=dHV0dG9qdXZlLmNvbS01NTA4Mg

Doesn't seem to be anything particularly concrete behind it.
Love articles with no quotes...
Keep the faith, guys. Aguero will come. Oh yes. He will come to Juve!
If he doesn't, you and I will be labeled the jinx's for the transfer. :touched:
