didn't hear any specific mention of Aguero - Marotta only said Juve will aim at increasing the level of quality within the team.

towards the end of the interview he basically said:

"we have made inquiries and contacts, which is the right thing to do at this stage, but we are in no hurry to close any deals since, unlike last summer, we have no pressure to do so considering the season opens in late August, so we'd try to carefully approach all operations before their are finalized."

it's not just the title, I wanted to attract attention to the last part of the interview, which I translated basically word for word, because there are certain things I warned people about yesterday ... and needless to say quite a few people were not willing to hear it

However he could not be referring to Aguero there ;)

what was the warning about?
that, despite all the Aguero talk which is pleasing to fan's ears, Juve is still mostly testing waters and have not identified a particular player to go for and close that deal before teams like Chleksi and Man City and others have defined their mercato and stolen them for good.
All this time wasting and penny pinching, when Juve is in a tough position to compete with other big teams for big name signings, could be detrimental to the mercato of the team and leave them with no real star signing.

along those lines

he's just telling all the other clubs to forget about trying to milk juve and their newfound money.
the problem is that Juve right now, being out of CL and all, cannot compete for big signings unless they overpay for them, be that in transfer fees or player terms ... the more you guys wait, and try to not spend an extra 5 mil on Aguero or whatever, the less likely his coming to Juve becomes.

i see the wages as a means to attract those big name players, but then again us not competing in europe won't affect negotiations for transfer fees.
