I think we really, really need Aguero, not just from a sporting perspective. We need to signal to the football world (and other players) that we are still a force and that we can still get world class players. WE might get a slightly worse player for a lot less money, but we need to show that we can still get the world superstars or potential superstars, that we can get any player that other Italian clubs can get, otherwise we risk losing our appeal and it will be harder and harder to attract world class players.

We've missed out on the CL two years in a row, we have had pathetic play in the past two years, this is perhaps our last chance to show that we can be the old Juventus.

Agree and we will have to do well with having bought him otherwise we could end up being one of them clubs who can appeal to world class players but also providing them the impression that we aint what we used to be and dont have it in us to become that.
