If we don't get Aguero, then I will make sure to pack some rotten tomatoes and eggs to throw at Marotta, and his entourage when/if they come to Toronto when we play Sporting Lisbon. If they do not come then Motta deserves will get abused. Oh who am I kidding, Motta will get abused anyway

Guys, lets not joke. If City make a bid Aguero is gone. The same will happen if Barca, Chelsea, United, Real, even Inter and Milan make a bid and Atletico accept it.

At the moment we are in no position to attract stars if richer teams who play CL are interested.

P.S: That's why getting Aguero is crucial. With him we will give a signal that we mean business and he can take us back on top.
We will need all the luck in the world now because if we fail to sign him it might mean 5-6 more years of what we witnessed lately.

Whether this transfer materialises or not, this thread is a record breaker, 407 pages is most seen in years.

Heres the number of pages we had gone through with some of the previously linked players over the course of the seasons, starting back at 2007.

Gabi Milito - Pages 184
Amauri - Pages 200
Xabi Alonso - Pages 257
D' Agostino - Pages 142

Finally.. last season :D

Edin ala 'Hustini' Dzeko - Pages 337

Of course level of maturity since and thanks to a fap smiley has totally trolled this forum and raped it of its integrity. That said, being linked to such a world class player means its time well spent, we missed a lot of excitement over the course of seasons and proberly its only time we may be linked to such a player again, especially if we have a terrible season once more. To add to the negativity.. all the players mentioned we never ended up with, and that we did... he ended up a flop :p

My thoughts exactly especially after reading all the press reports. There is too much time wasting in this deal. Its like Juve have been told to wait in the hope that a better team will make an offer.
