Hmmm...I'd still take him if it means a swap with Mellberg. You're basically shaving off ten years and adding quality and potential.
Exactly.

Can't wait for news on this guy. If him and his agent came to Juve HQ and Secco and the 'contracts-guy' went to Germany soon after... there's bound to be more than just a friendly chat. :xfinger:

English please.

Secco on Stile Juventus(Radio)

"There were talks about Tasci 2 months ago before the Cannavaro signing. The deal is closed for now but Tasci has one year left on his contract so only then we could do something."

I think secco has been clever here. If he was thinking of buying Tasci but then decided that it would be better to take Canna now for a year for free and replace him next year with Tasci who will also then be for free. Both players will be playing to get into their countrys world cup squads nxt year so it would be hard to keep both happy in the squad at the same time when only Chiellini would be guarenteed to start. This way makes perfect sense imo.

We can also lose him because another club decided to give the player more $$$ or maybe we have some sort of illegal pre-contract with him? :p

Yeah, but is he someone worth fretting over if we lose? We have no idea how good he is, if he be starter level or not etc, so there is no reason to regret or get excited on rumours alone. If we sign him, ok, he will play for us and we'll see if he is good enough. If not, also ok, there are others that we can get.

I watch the Bundesliga but mostly Dortmund,I haven't seen much of Tasci either.Vecchiasignora's guru No. 1 made a Tasci highlights video of the game against Hamburg.Of course you can't really judge him after seeing that video, but it's useful to have a first impression of the kid.Scenes where he doesn't look too good are also included.
