I wouldn't be too excited if we sign this kid.Might as well keep Ariaudo and get a proper RB.

Moreover there is no way that Tasci will accept sitting on the bench behind Cannavaro,Chiellini&Legrottaglie because he'd risk getting the call-up to the WC 2010.If anything we'll get him 2010.

Remember this:

Wiki: Tasci usually plays as a centre back or right back.

Does anyone know how comfortable he is at that RB position? What kind of defender is he... any good going forward?

ps: These last 2 pages cracked me up haha.
I would say he's about the same as Mellberg at RB. Definitely not the first choice position for him but he can do a job if need be. Don't expect him to make runs up the flank and put in crosses. He's more of a pure CB.

Hmm, good point. Also: thanks for the info Showdown. Start as RB and move to the centre next year, anyone?

I'd be pretty excited, but that would be because he's young, apparently highly rated and an international. All that for a player who just turned 22. Haven't seen enough of him to actually rate him myself, so I'm not fully convinced either.

totally agree with the last part...still it's exciting to see a young promising CB being linked with Juve

Cobolli said we're keeping Ariaudo, so that he can learn something from Cannavaro.

Tasci shouldn't be behind Legrottaglie, and you know who can bugger off already.

Hmmm...I'd still take him if it means a swap with Mellberg. You're basically shaving off ten years and adding quality and potential.
