Rarely any of the Gio fans post here anymore like we used to. Its like a heaven for haters and trolls complaining about some imaginary 'Gio fanboys trolls' that don't even exist.

Well im always here to say he sucked in a game, because i like him and want him do good but im not a fanboy who cant see he is struggling..and also im not a hater who blows everything out of proportion since 2010.

I want the little guy to do good but he needs to sep up his game definitely. And still ill continue posting here even when some trolls are around. Like i said before... thats not my problem, is the mod´s problem.

He isn't meant to be a finisher, though.

He creates space for himself and others. Assists are his game, along with the occasional goal. Not bad a free kicks either.

Maybe? If he did I don't recall. Ask Kasaki or Suns. He might prefer to be a "finisher" but I think he does the other roll better. He might score as many or more in the left of the 433 because he won't be stuck having to be outmuscled when the ball is played to him with his back to goal.

He's not goalscorer and we know it. Maybe he will maybe he won't. We need his pace, technique and assists. You won't make him an effective ss in 3-5-2 no matter what. In 3-5-2 you need strong forwards that can hold the ball as 3-5-2 is defensive formation so after getting the ball back always requires to wait until our players move forward. Giovinco doesn't have that ability and you won't change it.

All I'm saying we should use his abilities in the better way which I believe is more offensive tactic like 4-3-3, 3-4-1-2, 4-3-2-1, or even 4-3-1-2.

You don't see Insignie playing as ss for Nipples because of the same reasons Gio can't play this position.

Sure, he has not met expectations but people are exaggerating as hell and that is the main problem with this thread(except for the very obvious trolling). They are giving him the Marco Motta treatment in this thread which obviously not fair. Now most of us knew this would happen because of the complete troll fest in this thread before we made his signing official but I thought people would have gotten over whatever the hell they had against him and move on.

Yeah, the mood was already set well before he ever came back this season. Last season the fuel was already poured onto the fire, and here we see the what happened.
