Not remotely true. The teams will negotiate an agreement, if they can't come to a deal (one way or another), than it goes to a blind auction for his half.

That 3.5M was what Parma paid Juve for the half of Seba they currently own. There's no predetermined buy-out.

I saw some quote not too long ago from Seba saying that all he was thinking about was returning to Juve, and he would fit on the left up front, to alternate with Vucinic. It seems as though Juventus will re-purchase his half for around 8-9M. I guess we'll see.

you would get a 'proven' and 'ready' player for only 5-6 M Euros, yea it is clever.
I agree, you still pay less than you would to get such a player from another club and you have to compensate the other team for developing him, because fact is they increased his value and improved him as a player for us. There is a reason for coownerships, the GMs are not all idiots.

What i meant, is that is funny(not) that we have to pay that much for a player that we dont needed to sell half of his contract in first place...and could develop ourselves.... but now we need to pay much more to regain him back.

I still think we should bring him back. He would be great for 4-3-3 and rotation with Mirko would have our left side ready for the next season. Even when we alt to 3-5-2 he can pull a SS role which would be very useful.

He does not want rotation, he wants first team football.
Well, if he comes back, one of the first things he would need to understand is that he must cooperate with the team and stop being a primadonna. IM pretty sure conte is capable of convincing him to change his mentality and be ready whenever he gets called to play. This team is no parma, and there will be huge competition in the strikers department.

He just cannot think that he will come to juve to be the undisputable number 10 starting everygame. Thats just fantasy

Scored 11 goals and had 8 assists this season, he's Italian and plays for national team, we own half of him.

Everything points to his return.
