Indeed, its fairly simple to deduct what kinda gurantees he is looking for though, the kind that goes like "dont put my client in the stands for couple of months despite having a MOM performance or two" That experience for sure got Gio bit nervous. But it defenitely oughta be different when its a coach that wants you specifically, and is staying in the forseeable future (and not have 3 coaches in 2 seasons alone).
