If it means that he won't get benched or get the "you are too small to play" BS that he got two years ago then I guess its normal. I don't think he wants the Elia treatment either just so we can play guys who are more defensive minded. Just give him a fair chance and make sure his style of play is somewhere in the plans of Conte. If thats not the case then its better for both us and him to go our separate ways. But I believe Conte will take care of it and that he will treat him fair.

But doesn't all sought after players get some kind of guarantees before they sign with a club? Its not something new. You don't want to go from a good season to going to not being in the plans of your new coach and being stuck on the bench. There really isn't anything controversial in all of this. But since its Giovinco, everything gets blown up x100 on this forum.

What he is insisting is perfectly normal considering the treatment he got last time i think Gio has conducted himself respectfuly when playing for us and since leaving.. he would be a more than welcome addition to our squad and anyone hating on him needs to fuck up.

Also, notice the agent saying "certain guarantees" and NOT "give me a guaranteed starting spot or fuck off" which seems to be what people want to believe it is.

And if you look closely, there appears to be no middle ground.

Giovinco Canyon.

:touched:
Yeah, and its strange because many of the same people who advocate middle ground and that not everything is black and white are here. But when it comes to Giovinco, they forget and go against what they've been saying.

Agent is a tard for how he put it and the pimping attempt to Chelsea, which was done to put pressue on Juve me thinks. The "gurantee" itself is not a big deal, basically means I want to come if you want me, which is fairly relevant consider his past 2 seasons with us. But putting it out there like this agent is doing is just stupid and annoying (as I said chelski part in particular). We own half of him and his agent should have working relationship enough with the club to ask for these things in private.

Yeah, as if Abramovic is on standby just waiting to get Giovinco. Especially since Abramovic will be releasing old players in the summer and spending buttloads of money on new ones.

:D

His agent communicates in a way that makes him seem like a knob. Typical.
He's not really a knob, he's just an agent being an agent.

Also, isn't he the same agent that Iaquinta has who for years was saying that Iaquinta is one of our best players? If its him then that says it all really :D
