You just say to him that the squad rotates, which it does and should do. He either accepts it or becomes the new Miccoli.
Dont think he wants more then that, because there is a difference between the bench role/treatment he had with us, and a typical bench player who gets the chance to break into a team if he performs more and more. The frustration was more about despite what he did, like be MOM in one game, or have some productive form, then still end up being benched (or in the stands) for 1 month or two, like it actually happend at times (4-5 games in the stands), then yeah that kinda gets frustrating.

Coaches that didnt know how to use him or, mainly in midfield (cuz our attack was hard to break into, and he aint much of forward/striker), some prefered using De Ceglie or Sali as LW, said enough. But in this case, Conte should be more of his type of coach. And generally be a coach that actually want him enough to give him equal chance to fight for a spot.

Nice words from Conte,
I think its clear that he wants gio´s services.

Im sure he will find a role for gio in the team. He is class and is a good asset to have,.

So who believes he'll be back next summer? Poll please?
Interesting question. Although I've hated the little brat recently, I've always had a a weak spot for him. I was present at the stadium when he made his first ever appearance for us, against Bologna in 2007, in Serie-B, when he came on to assist Trezeguet's goal (our third in a match that finished 3-1). Remember watching him warming up on the sidelines, discussing his future with fellow juventini. He had scored like a gazzillion goals for the Primavera and was the next big thing outta Juve. I always really wanted him to become a Juventus star. He plays better than ever now, and if he can be given 1 more chance to prove himself at Juve, I'm all for it.

I can't stand him in Parma, running around pretending to be Del Piero. But IF he comes back and accepts a bench role and stops whining I wouldn't cause riot in Turin :p

I can learn to like him again, but it'll take time. For now he can fooock oooff!

The problem is that we have guys like Elia on the bench. Well, the first issue is that we have too many wide men.

You don't like him because? What did he do?

If he'll return? I don't know, Conte seems to like him and if he keeps on being one of the better performers in Serie A then we will surely bring him back with him being young, Juventino and Italian.
