You can't explain it Osman if people refuse to want to hear the truth.

Even luca Toni gets beat off the ball, if you have a smart defender he is going to know how to get you off balance.

Despite his small stature giovinco has the ability to more than make up for that.

Then how come he was so ineffective when he was with us? Other than the "amazing" game against Chelsea, of course.

Giovinco only offers a few moments of brilliance here and there, and that might be fine if he accepted being on the bench but the guy wants to be a starter.

He was effective in almost every game he played in. I really don't know what you're basing it on, but it's definitely not because you watched him play - You'd know otherwice if you had.

He had a lot of assists during that only season where he got to play a bit with Ranieri. He was second in assists after DP that season although he only played like 1/3 of the games that year.

“If I have to name one player who impressed me, I’d say Giovinco: tenacious, effective, he was never afraid of the tackle and showed great vision for the goal.”

Parma will buy out Giovinco

Parma have confirmed that they will buy out 50 per cent of Sebastian Giovinco’s contract from Juventus.
The 'Atomic Ant’ spent this season on loan at the Stadio Tardini and there is a clause in his contract allowing the club to buy into a co-ownership deal.

“He is on loan with a fixed buy-out clause. The President has been clear on this and so am I: we will take up this option on Giovinco,” said general manager Pietro Leonardi.

The 24-year-old has impressed this term and earned a place in the Italy squad, setting up Alessandro Matri’s goal in Kiev this week.

“I hear others say that Giovinco will be included in different Juventus transfer deals, but he is a player who will be bought in a co-ownership deal.

“He is property of Parma and a treasure for this club. We are happy about this, especially as we are confident and aware that next season will be another great step forward in his career.”

I think most people considered this a foregone conclusion, considering how cheap the option was. I've always liked the kid, but it seems a long shot he'll be back. Too bad, because with our limited budget, we could certainly use him next season.
