i wonder what did u except from Diego if he still in ur avatar
Diego was pretty good when he was here. He played in a fully unorganized team and he did quite well. This year he could be much better but we will never know...

Yes, because Giovinco's interests are waaaayyyyy more important than Juve's. Do us all a favor & fuck off to the parma forums.

-rep coming your way.:juventus:
Is it Giovinco fault that he never got a chance to prove himself at Juve? NO!
And please don't question my loyalty to Juve, as I lived very close to Turin as a child. I would give u -rep but I have a feeling you just totally misunderstood my statement.

He was impressive in the EU qualifiers. Even Del Neri said him and Trezegol would've been his preferred strike force.

I guess a chance at Dzeko is worth more though. If we do get him, it was a very smart move, if not, it's just horseshit.

Sorry, bro. Giovinco perhaps deserved to be fielded more. But even Diego couldn't survive here in his role. There just wasn't a place for him.

And gripe what you want, it's pretty clear that Giovinco isn't exactly lighting up the skies at Parma now to earn an automatic berth in the Italy NT.

I'm under the belief that Diego just doesn't fit DN's system. So of course there wasn't a place for him.

We dropped the ball a long time ago with Giovinco. Perhaps it's not all about refusing to give him a chance in the squad, but it certainly is part of it. I mean, Ranieri benched the kid even after he did well, as did Ferrara. Throw in the loan to Empoli in which Lord knows what sort of witchcraft he was taught there, and you begin to realize you might be doing more harm than good to a young player. But that's just my take on it.

I'm starting to come around more that Giovinco's fate was linked with Diego's fate. Not that there is a ton of overlap between the players. But we just couldn't function well without the traditional width of field that so many Juve coaches have relied on as a crutch.

I would have liked the media to request an answer as to why Giovinco was benched. If it was a attitude issue am more then sure that Ranieri & co would have stated so. (i.e mancini & adam johnson)

A retort to that would be this side with Marchisio out left, not providing any width at all, with a lame grease monkey slotting in behind him. We have Krasic causing trouble out right because he's a very good player who can cause any defense trouble.

But if you remember correctly, when Ciro fielded Giovinco last year in the 4-2-3-1, we did have proper width and played rather neatly. Yet despite that, he still reverted back to his old system -- with you know who reverting back to the chemo ward.

I think Ciro made the biggest mistake, benching him and scrapping the 4-2-3-1. But really I am also coming to terms with the fact that perhaps he is not as good as we all thought, I think he is flair over substance, really he isn't quick enough to make up for his height.

Andy beat me to it.

Really if we had a good attacking full back Marchisio out wide would be great.

I also wanted Giovinco to succeed but at the end of the day various factors played into it & YES he is to blame as well, why the fuck did he accept a loan move to Parma? Shouldn't he have roughed it out & forced his way into the starting line up?

Why annoys me about you & many others is that they'll put a footballers interests ahead of the clubs interests. It's in the club's best interest to have Giovinco PERFORM for Juventus, not any other club.

As Man Utd fan I don't see how anyone could even consider Benitez. In his history at Liverpool he spent more then chelsea and and man utd and the players he brought in were largely overrated, except for torres and xabi alonso (who he sold and tried to replace with lucas? lol)
I still would have liked Hiddink, but Del Neri has done an exceptional job and is so fat fitting the bill. He's done everything right so far turning a team that finished seventh into a scudetto contender (although we don't like to admit it). Also if any manager can survive an injury scare then they are worth it. I would like him to stay for a LONG time.
Villareal, and to you all I try to watch every league and support one team here is my list for all you curious fellas
Germany - Bayern *cough* robben
Italy- :flag1:
England - Man Utd followed closely by Tottenham
Spain- Villareal
French - PSG
In all honesty the only club I really know the history behind is Juventus, the rest I know bits and pieces. And of course my hometown club A.C Mantova , it felt good when they beat Juve
You lived in Turin as a child, wonderful that certainly proves your undying loyalty to the club.:sergio: You're a manure fan, bayern fan, villarreal fan, PSG fan & of course a Mantova fan.

Anyway, your own posts clearly indicate your loyalty.:juventus:
