it was average for all the team and i think he was marked by 2 players in the first half , and they were very rough with him .....
Actually the team played great and G.Rossi was great in that game.....

I noticed last season when i've watched empoli's games that Gio may play really great one game and be average the next game. He doesn't get involved alot in the games too. He likes to wait till the ball gets to him (he should really improve this side of he's game)........

Pressure, what pressure. This guy is brimming with self-belief.

Whilst the media reports about bids are sheer fabrication, there is no doubt that the more perspicacious coaches like Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson who have declared their admiration for him, would not do so unless they realized that there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that he would be anything other than a player of great skill who will be a star on the international stage in years to come.

It's time for Juventus supporters to cast off any lingering doubts his ability to sustain a regular place in the starting lineup next season. Let's remember, teams like Barcelona, Arsenal and Milan have no qualms whatsoever about blooding players before the age of 20 against top class opponents in their respectives leagues.

Opportunities for him will be many and I look forward to an exciting season ahead.

There is no doubt that he will extended game time next season but we should put a lot of expectations and pressure on his young shoulders so early.

We need to integrate him slowly into the team and the fact that he didn't get a pre season with the first team wasn't the ideal situation as well.

But back to the pressure bit, i know he has a lot of self belief and confidence but getting marked in games and kicked around the ankles week in week out even with the potential underperformance here and there could harm his development and thats why we have to be careful. I noticed in the Korea game that he was really frustrated with the marking the rough play and reacted badly on a couple of instances.

Overall, there is no doubt that he is a rare talent but for him to be star for this team in the long run we can't just throw him in the deep end expect him to do wonders in his first year with the first team. IMO thats where neddy comes in.
